- On arrival-day rooms are ready not before 3 p. m.
On departure-day please leave your room latest at 10.30 a.m.
A room to change one´s clothes or having a shower is available.

we do not charge the card before the end of your stay - only in case of cancellations based on our terms below
- A travel insurance for a booking is recommendable:
Take out your travel insurance online with credit-card at European Travel Insurance.
- Please settle your room bill the evening before departure-day.
Methods of payment: Cash, bank-transaction; account-card, Visa, Mastercard (card-terminal only in Hotel Neuwirt).
Services like taxi, flowers ... can only be payed by cash.
- Cancellation, delayed arrivals, early departures:
- Your pre-payment is our fee for booking-cancellations by cancelling within 4 weeks before arrival-day.
- If you are cancelling earlier we hold the pre-payment for another stay, but not longer than 12 months.
- For late arrivals or premature departures we charge the days what are confirmed, less an amount for not served meals.
- The consume of drinks brought by yourselve is not allowed in our restaurant.
- Please note that we are not responsible for all risin prices!
That´s especially fees or taxes, e.g. city-tax, which we have to observe immediately.
Do we have such information we contact all guests with confirmed reservation by email, fax or mail.
In case of cancellations on such reasons we handle your decision by the terms above.
